| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2016 4WD Chevrolet Police Pursuit Tahoe to White's Frontier Motors of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $41,856.00. |

This is a replacement unit for the Police Department's PD45. White's Frontier Motors was the only bidder. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The budget to replace PD45 is $49,500. The actual cost of $41,856 is $7,644 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the vehicle with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc.

I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) New 2016 4WD Chevrolet Police Pursuit Tahoe to White's Frontier Motors of Gillette, Wyoming, in the amount of $41,856.
