Justin C. Beckner of United Civil Design group has made a request on behalf of the property owner Jeff Manion who is the Vice President of Gillette Land III, LLC that Resolution No. 2460 be repealed. The Tenth Hole Estates Phase 3 plat was approved by City Council on May 20, 2014. However, the plat has not been recorded. The applicant recently submitted a Planned Unit Development Plat for this subdivision, which will now be known as Villas at Tenth Hole Estates. When the rezoning and Planned Unit Development Plat for the Villas at Tenth Hole Estates is approved by the City Council, it will nullify the previous plat. For this reason, United Civil Design Group, LLC, does not want the Final Plat for The Tenth Hole Estates Phase 3 to be filed at the County Courthouse.
