| A Public Hearing to Receive Public Comment and Discuss the Proposals Submitted for the Available Retail Liquor License, Which Were Presented at the Special Meeting on September 22, 2015. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The census information from the 2015 Census revision showed sufficient population in Gillette for the Wyoming Liquor Commission to authorize one (1) additional Retail Liquor License within the City. A Notice was prepared and published advising interested potential applicants for the license to submit letters of interest and appear before the Council. At the Special Meeting on September 22, 2015, four presentations were heard by the Mayor and Council. A second Notice was published advertising discussion and seeking public comment on the proposals submitted for the available retail liquor license. The decision by the Council has been tentatively set for the Regular Council meeting on October 20, 2015. |
