This Professional Services Agreement for the Pavement Management System 2016-Schedule C (16EN12), will include design and bidding services, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and surveying services associated with the repair and replacement of existing paved streets in the following four (4) distinct work areas:

1. West Fourth Street (4-J Road to Richards Avenue)
2. West Sixth Street (Alley west of Warren Avenue to Gillette Avenue)
3. East Fourth Street (Gillette Avenue to Emerson Avenue)
4. East Fifth Street (Gillette Avenue to Brooks Avenue)

The existing asphalt pavements and miscellaneous concrete items (sidewalks, driveways, curb returns, valley gutters, and curb/gutter) are in varying conditions, some of which need to be replaced and others modified.  This Project will identify the repairs and modifications that are required, prepare design drawings reflecting what has been identified, and prepare cost estimates of probable construction costs.

This project will be funded by the Optional 1% Sales Tax Account # 201-10-05-419-40-44331.

I move for Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Pavement Management System 2016-Schedule C Project, with Consolidated Engineers, Inc., in the amount of $60,009.65 (1% Project).
