| BACKGROUND: |

This project installed water and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the construction of the new Hilton Home2 Suites located between Boxelder Road and Country Club Road. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
1,216 LF of 6" PVC watermain and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
1,209 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
