| BACKGROUND: |

The Wyoming Liquor Division (WLD) conducted a compliance check on August 19, 2015. During their check, it was discovered that Sapporo's dispensing room had more square footage than what Sapporo had initially put on their liquor license application. According to Wyoming Statute 12-5-201(a) the dispensing room needs to be approved by the Licensing Authority. Therefore, this is a "housekeeping" matter.
