| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Pavement Management System 2016 Schedule A Project, with Morrison-Maierle, Inc., in the Amount of $110,214.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project will include the reconstruction of Osborne Avenue from Warlow Drive to Longmont Street, and the patch and overlay of EZ Street east of Highway 59, Wyoming Boulevard, North Brooks Avenue from Warlow Drive to Railroad Street, East Laramie Street east of Brooks Avenue, and East Lincoln Street east of Railroad Street.
The project will also include the replacement of 1969 vintage cast iron water main on Brooks north from Lakeside Drive and all the metallic waterline fittings within the street rehabilitation areas.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The fees for the Design and Bidding Services of the Pavement Management System 2016 Schedule A Projects will be $110,214.00. The budgeted construction cost for the project is $1,200,000.
The project costs will be funded by the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44331.
