SUBJECT:
An Ordinance to Amend Section 5-IV-1(a) and Section 5-IV-3(a) of the Gillette City Code Concerning Plan Review and Permit Fees.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance First Reading:  6/0 (Councilman Carsrud absent)
Ordinance Second Reading:  6/0  (Councilman Rothleutner resigned)

This ordinance has been prepared to simplify section 5-IV-1 (a) 3. and 4. since the services for which those fees were charged no longer are performed since they are part of the E-plans process. The Plumbing fee in 5-IV-3 (a) has been removed since it is actually collected as part of the original plumbing permit.

I move for the Approval of the Ordinance to Amend Section 5-IV-1(a) and Section 5-IV-3(a) of the Gillette City Code Concerning Plan Review and Permit Fees on Third and Final Reading.
