Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2016 TV Inspection Van to Cues, Inc., of Orlando, Florida, in the Amount of $296,880.00. |
BACKGROUND: |
This is a replacement unit for the Wastewater Division's Unit 58. The bid of $296,880 includes a trade-in of $53,000 on the old unit. Cues, Inc. was the only bidder. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The budget to replace Unit 58 is $310,000. The actual cost of $296,880 is $13,120 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the new vehicle with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc.

I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) New 2016 TV Inspection Van to Cues, Inc. of Orlando, Florida, in the amount of $296,880.00.
