Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Subdivision Improvements for the Parkside Estates Subdivision, Filing 1, Installed by GW Construction, LLC, on Behalf of the Developer, Harlan Development. |
BACKGROUND: |
This project installed public water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and street improvements to support the residential development of the Parkside Estates Subdivision, Filing 1, located north of Pintail Drive between Butler Spaeth Road and Dalbey Park. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements 1,292 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances 24 LF of 6" PVC water main and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements 1,276 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
Drainage Channel Improvements 500 LF of 6.5' wide trapezoidal channel 150 LF of 6' wide trickle channel
Street Improvements 5,922 SY of 4.5" asphalt paving over 6" aggregate base course 2,616 LF of curb and gutter
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
