This is a replacement unit for the Wastewater Division's Unit 22. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The budget to replace Unit 22 is $430,000. The actual cost of $363,000 is $67,000 under budget. The remaining balance will remain in the Vehicle Replacement Fund.
