| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the Downtown Tree Planting Project, Installed by Tiger Tree Service, Inc., in the Amount of $78,020.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This project is associated with repair and replacement of trees damaged from the October, 2013 snowstorm, Atlas. The project is the final phase of replacing trees that removed during a previous contract that was completed in February, 2015. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| Funding for this project will be paid for from the Forestry Budget - (001-50-53-452-30-43240). The account will be reimbursed from the General Fund insurance claims account.There were no change orders on this project, and the original and final contract price was $78,020. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
