| BACKGROUND: |

This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of the new FCA Travel Plaza located on the southeast corner of Boxelder Road and Garner Lake Road. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
117 LF of 8" PVC watermain and appurtenances
76 LF of 6" PVC watermain and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
