| Council Consideration of a Real Estate Gift Agreement with Robert F. Barlow. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Hladky Investments, LLC has agreed to purchase a parcel of land from Robert F. Barlow. This parcel is East of the Gillette College and North of Sinclair within the SE1/4SW1/4 of § 34, T50 N, R 72 W, and is just to the North of the Intertec building. As part of that transaction Mr. Barlow has agreed to transfer the property between the Intertec building and Sinclair Street to the City in exchange for an acknowledgment of the gift. The property with facilitate the development and use of the Intertec property for economic development purposes. The property conveyed to Hladky Investments, LLC will be used for the site of the Donkey Creek pathway project and for uses to benefit the Gillette College. |
