| Council Consideration of a Resolution Providing for the Repeal of Resolution No. 2409, Which Approved the Final Plat for Pronghorn Ranch Phase III, Filing Number 1 a Resubdivision of Tract O, Pronghorn Ranch Phase II. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
The owner, Tom Civin has requested that Resolution No. 2409 be repealed. The subdivision was approved by City Council on February 4, 2013, however the plat has not been recorded. This plat has recently been superseded by the Final Plat for Pronghorn Ranch Phase III, Filing 1A, as such the plat approved by Resolution No. 2409 needs to be repealed.
