Discount Liquors, LLC is seeking to transfer the ownership of the retail liquor license currently held by M. Farid Khan and Bibi Israr Khan (Tower West Lodge).

The members of Discount Liquors, LLC, Tom Simons and Kon In, will be building a new building to house a liquor store and bar. The new building will be located at 821 Madison Avenue. Mr. Simons anticipates the building to be built within 2016.

All necessary paperwork to complete the transfer process has been submitted and the Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application and supporting documents.

The public hearing has been advertised two (2) consecutive weeks and no protests have been received.
