| Council Consideration of an Application for a Resort Liquor License Submitted by M. Farid Khan and Bibi Israr Khan, d.b.a. Tower West Lodge, Located at 109 N. Hwy 14-16. |
| BACKGROUND: |

The Khans are requesting a resort liquor license. They are also requesting to transfer the retail liquor license they currently hold to Discount Liquors, LLC.
Tower West Lodge qualifies for a resort license as their valuation is at least one million dollars, there is a restaurant and hotel accommodations of at least 100 rooms.
All necessary paperwork has been submitted and the Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application and supporting documents.
The public hearing has been advertised two (2) consecutive weeks and no protests have been received.
