| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Menard, Inc., Site Development Water Main Loop Project, Installed by Immel Construction on Behalf of the Developer, Menard, Inc. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of the new Menards located along East Lakeway Road between Highway 59 and South Butler Spaeth Road. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
2,203 LF of 8" PVC watermain and appurtenances
1,164 LF of 10" PVC watermain and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
