| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Coleman Electric Hydrant Extension Project, Installed by Black Cat Construction on Behalf of the Developer, Coleman Electrical Services. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water system improvements to support the construction of a building expansion of Coleman Electric located near the intersection of Lakeway Road and Dogwood Avenue. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
31 LF of 6" PVC watermain and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
