On July 20, 2015, Officer Julianne Witham was in training and was riding with Officer Rozier as part of her Phase I Training when they were dispatched to an EMS Assist. 

They, along with Officer Norlander, arrived on scene and took an AED into the residence with them.  They observed Mrs. Adams lying on the bed and starting to turn purple.  Mrs. Adams stopped breathing and did not have a pulse.  At this time, all three officers were involved in CPR life saving measures.  Officer Witham was giving breaths while Officer Norlander was performing compressions and Officer Rozier was assisting paramedics. 

On July 29, 2015 we learned Mrs. Adams was released from Campbell County Health. 

It is apparent that the quick response and actions of these officers saved Mrs. Adams life.  Officer Witham was attending the law enforcement academy at the original presentation.
