Gillette Golf & Country Club is requesting a change in the description and location of their dispensing room. The Club is remodeling a portion of the interior of their building, which will enlarge and relocate the dispensing room to add more dining area and better serve their customers. Currently, their dispensing room is described as a 940 sq. ft. room in the southeast corner of the building. They are relocating the dispensing room to the southwest corner of the building and the dispensing room dimensions will now be 30' X 37'.

The state requires the Licensing Authority's approval of any changes made to the location and/or description of a dispensing room. The Wyoming Liquor Division conducted a compliance inspection on August 20, 2015. During the inspection, Compliance Agent Jason Allen spoke to Clayton Kern and they discussed the dispensing room description, which at that time was described as a 20' X 40' Room in the southeast corner of the building. The WLD found that the dispensing room was not properly enclosed and, therefore, suggested that the dispensing room description be changed to a 940 sq. ft room in the southeast corner of the building. On October 6, 2015, as suggested by the WLD, Council approved the request made by Gillette Golf & Country Club, Inc., to change the dispensing room description.
