The police department is seeking consent to sell 15 used portable radios to the Sheriff's Office.  These are radios that are no longer used by the department, but they are still the primary radio used by the Sheriff's Office.  The sale price is $150.00.  Due to the sale price being less than $500.00, the City is not required to publish notice of the sale, or hold a public hearing in this matter.  Consequently, the sale can be authorized by consent agenda.

I move the approval of a Resolution to Authorize the Sale of Used Property to the Campbell County Sheriff's Office, Campbell County, Wyoming.
