It is time once again for Council to consider the renewal applications for the City of Gillette's liquor licenses and permits.

There are three (3) licenses that won't be renewed this licensing period as the entities are no longer in business. They are: Godfather's Pizza (restaurant liquor license); CJ Roosters (restaurant liquor license) and Prairiefire Brewing Co. (microbrewery permit and a bar & grill liquor license).

Since Prairiefire Brewing will not be renewing, the bar & grill liquor license is relinquished back to the City of Gillette. There are now two (2) bar & grill liquor licenses available.

All renewal applications have been sent to, and accepted by, the Wyoming Liquor Division. Each establishment has been posted and the public hearing notice was published in the News Record on February 5th and again on February 12th. No protests have been received.
