| Interim Appointment of Jim Edwards as Municipal Court Judge for March 8, 2016. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
Judge Dumbrill will be out of town on March 8 and will be unable to preside over the in City Court that day. Former Municipal Judge Jim Edwards has agreed to handle Court on that day. He will need to be formally approved by the Council as a Judge on that day.
