This subdivision is located at the corner of Ariel Avenue and Harvest Moon Drive. While parking large vehicles into the Building A storage unit, tenants occasionally drive on the adjacent property located south of the common area. In order to correct, the adjacent property owner to the south proposed to rezone the portion of his lot utilized by the Big Toy Storage Condo Plat from R-4, Multi-Family Residential District to C-1, General Commercial District. The area that is being rezoned will also be replatted as part of the separate, Big Toy Subdivision. The rezone and separate subdivision will increase common space by 1,176 square feet, which will be jointly owned by the nine property owners who are part of the Big Toy Storage Condominium Plat. For this reason, all covenants associated with this subdivision must be updated to reflect the changes of the amended condominium plat.
