Ordinance First Reading: 6/0 (Mayor Carter-King absent)
This ordinance was approved by City Council on March 21, 2011. FirsTier Bank has made an agreement with the owners of the Condominium Plat to rezone a small 5 foot strip of property on a neighboring parcel, which will then be replatted as part of the common area for the Big Toy Storage Subdivision. As such, the Condominium Plat for this development will be replaced by the "Amended Condominium Plat of Big Toy Storage of Building A."
