This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the 2015 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project.  This project consists of installing approximately 2550 LF of sanitary sewer main replacement in the following areas:

1.  Hwy 14/16 from BNSF rail road to the manhole 800' North.
2.  Fir Avenue from 1st Street to Echeta Road.
3.  Fir Avenue from 4th Avenue to 5th Avenue.
4.  Hidden Valley Road from Patik Road to Dade Road.

Also included with this project is approximately 1250 LF of water main replacement in Fir Avenue from 4th Avenue to 5th Avenue.

The cost for this construction management professional service contract is $170,766.00 which is 12.1% of the construction cost of $1,407,957.43.  The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund 201-10-05-419-70-47420 which has $2,600,000.00 budgeted for this project.

I move for the Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the 2015 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project with HDR Engineering, in the Amount of $170,766.00 (1% Project).
