This project was awarded by Council to Hladky Construction, Inc. on October 21, 2014 for the amount of $2,277,127.00. The project consisted of remodeling the majority of the first floor of City Hall, including Judicial, the Police Department, P.D. Lobby, Human Resources, Clerks, Customer Service, City Hall Main Lobby, and Council Chambers. The project has been completed, inspected, and all final documentation has been received.

The original budget for this project was $2,612,379.00.
