| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Fiber Construction Standards with Vantage Point Solutions, Inc., in the Amount of $12,800.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |

This Fiber Construction Standard will become a part of the City's engineering standards and be referenced by internet service providers wanting to use the City's Right-of-Way User Agreement to put fiber optic infrastructure in City owned right-of-ways.
