The Kelley's are requesting to change ownership of the retail liquor license currently held by B&B Kelley of Gillette, LLC, back to Corner Pocket of Gillette, Inc. Recently, there have been changes to the stockholders within the former corporation (Corner Pocket, Inc.). Also, during a recent  compliance inspection conducted by the Wyoming Liquor Division, it was found that the liquor license and the sales tax license did not hold the same name of ownership. According to the WLD, "to administer the requirement set forth in W.S. 12-2.306, the person stated on the liquor license or permit shall be the same person stated on the sales tax license unless a special circumstance exception has been applied for in writing to the Division by the liquor licensee or permitee and approved by the Director." As a result of this compliance check, no alcohol purchases could be made by Mingles until this requirement was met. Mr. Kelley was advised to either obtain a new sales tax license that would reflect the same ownership as the liquor license (B&B Kelley of Gillette, LLC), or transfer the liquor license back to Corner Pocket, Inc.  Consequently, Mr. Kelley has chosen to transfer the applicant of the liquor license back to Corner Pocket, Inc.
