| Council Consideration of Three (3) Catering Permits Requested by Prime Rib Restaurant, for the Donkey Creek Festival, Located at the Gillette College, on June 24th, 25th, and 26th, from 11:00 a.m. to Midnight, that will Include Outdoor Music. |
| BACKGROUND: |

Prime Rib Restaurant is requesting three (3), 24 hour catering permits in order to serve alcohol at the Donkey Creek Festival. They will set up a Beer Garden Tent that will be enclosed with fencing material. Prime Rib Management will be checking ID's and wrist bands will be used to identify those who are 21 years of age and older.
This event will host outdoor bands, as well as, vendors and food.
