On 03/01/2016, Officer Sprague & Officer Norlander responded to 5 Republic Lane where it was reported a male was possibly having a heart attack as he was complaining about heartburn and was rubbing his arm.  When Officer Sprague & Officer Norlander arrived on scene, Terry Bruce, was outside of the truck on the ground where officers took over CPR until EMS arrived and took over.  Due to the quick acting officers, Terry Bruce is alive today.
