SUBJECT:
Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Subdivision Improvements for the Legacy Ridge Subdivision, Phase III, Installed by DRM, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Quantum Partners, LLC.
BACKGROUND:
This project installed public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements to support the residential development of the Legacy Ridge Subdivision, Phase III, located southwest of the intersection of Shoshone Avenue and Tanner Drive.  The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

Water System Improvements
2,700 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
2,640 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances

Storm Sewer Improvements
60 LF of 18" HDPE storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
50 LF of 24" HDPE storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
830 LF of 48" HDPE steel reinforced pipe (SRP) storm sewer and appurtenances
250 LF of 54" HDPE SRP storm sewer and appurtenances

Street Improvements
10,871 SY of 4" asphalt paving over 10" aggregate base course
5,221 LF of curb and gutter
1,720 SF of valley gutter and fillets
900 SF of sidewalk ramps
