Campbell County Health is the owner of Lot 1A of the Stocktrail Park Subdivision. The owner has requested to repeal Ordinance No. 3260 which established the Wyoming Orthopaedic & Rehabilitation Condominium Plat on Lot 1A of the Stocktrail Park Subdivision. This was approved by City Council on February 3, 2003.
This Condominium Plat divided ownership of the building located on this lot (508 Stocktrail Avenue) by floors. The property is now under the single ownership of Campbell County Health. Since the property is now under single ownership, the Condominium Plat for ownership purposes is now obsolete. Campbell County Health is planning to subdivide the parcel in the near future. Repealing the plat ensures that the owner will be able to cleanly subdivide the property. Vacation of this Condominium Plat has no effect on the separate subdivision plat for this lot titled "Lots 1A, 1B and 2A Stocktrail Park Subdivision".
