| Council Consideration of a Carnival Permit for June 6th - June 13th, to be Located at the Campbell County Aquatic Center, Requested by North Star Amusements and American Legion Baseball. |
| BACKGROUND: |
American Legion Baseball is acting as sponsoring agency for North Star Amusements to bring the carnival to Gillette. North Star Amusements will set up at the Campbell County Aquatic Center property. The School District has submitted an approval for the use of their property during the carnival. A Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 has also been submitted.
The carnival will begin setting up on June 5th and tearing down on June 14th, with the dates of the show being June 6th - 13th. Other exhibitions will be games and food. There is no admission charge. |
