Council Consideration of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Corrected Plat for the Final Plat of the Devon Addition to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
BACKGROUND:
The Final Plat for the Devon Addition was approved by the City Council per Resolution No. 2505 on January 20, 2015.  Enclosed is a copy of Resolution No. 2505.  After the Resolution was approved by the City Council, the plat was duly recorded with the Campbell County Clerk.  After the plat was recorded, several errors were discovered.  These errors have been fixed on the enclosed, corrected plat.

Article III, Section 4, g, (8) (a) of the City's Subdivision Regulations provides a process for which the City Council can reaffirm their approval for plat(s) where substantial errors are found in the language or numbers on the recorded plat.

Attached separately is a Resolution authorizing and approving the Corrected Plat.  Staff recommends approval of the Resolution and the Corrected Plat.
