| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the TownePlace Suites Site and Utilities Project, Installed by Northern Underground, on Behalf of the Developer, Tower West Holding, LLC. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the construction of the new TownePlace Suites located near the intersection of West 2nd Street and Skyline Drive. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
303 LF of 8" PVC watermain and appurtenances
107 LF of 6" PVC watermain and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
187 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
