| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the construction of the new LaQuinta Inn and Ruby Tuesday restaurant located west of Highway 59 on Boxelder Road. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
399 LF of 6" PVC watermain and appurtenances
222 LF of 8" PVC watermain and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
388 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
