| BACKGROUND: |

Roger Peabody is requesting a street closure for 10th Street between 4-J Rd and Richards Avenue. The plan is to set up a "communications center" for the Memory of the 8 Race, to provide finish line safety.
There is one (1) residential customer that is within the requested closure, located at 401 W. 10th St. The resident has agreed to the closure as long as there is access to her driveway.
