The Campbell County Information Technology Department has requested to lease a dark fiber pair between The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center and CCH.  The City of Gillette customarily offers the lease of dark fibers in its fiber network to governmental agencies at a reduced rate for the benefit of the community.

CCH will pay the City of Gillette a one time installation fee for two strands of fiber between The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center and CCH at a cost of $700.00 ($350.00 per fiber).  In addition, CCH will pay the City of Gillette a monthly service fee of $300.00 ($150.00 per fiber).

I Move for the Approval to Authorize the Mayor to sign an Agreement between Campbell County Health and the City of Gillette to provide telecommunication services for a fiber connection between The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center and The Energy Building.
