Council Consideration of a Catering Permit Requested by Pokey's BBQ to Cater a "Cowboy Picnic Luau" Hosted by The Library Foundation on August 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Located at the City Park Shelter, that will Include Outdoor Music.
BACKGROUND:
The libraries in Gillette and Wright have met their endowment goal of $1.5 million dollars and are hosting a free cowboy style luau to say "thank you" to all who donated time and money towards meeting their endowment goal.

Craig Johnson, author of the Walt Longmire Mysteries will be featured, as well as music provided by Rob Staffig.  Mr. Staffig is a "one-man band" and a PA System will be in use.
