| Council Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Solid Waste Disposal at Cam-Plex Multi-Event Facilities. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| An agreement has been negotiated with the Campbell County Public Land Board for solid waste services. This agreement outlines the terms of service whereby Camplex receives solid waste service from Gillette, and has an annual term that rolls over into successive annual terms unless one of the participants serves notice to terminate. Camplex will pay $1910 per month for the use of 30 dumpsters and may use additional dumpsters at the rate of $16.75 per week/ per dumpster. |
