| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 6x4 Utility Vehicle to Sundance Equipment Company of Sundance, Wyoming, in the Amount of $9,695.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |

This is a replacement unit for the Parks Division's 2004 John Deere Gator, Unit 125. Sundance Equipment Company is the lowest bidder meeting the required specifications. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
This replacement unit was approved in the budget for $15,000. The actual cost of the vehicle is $5,305 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the vehicle with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, and mirrors. After the upfit, the remaining difference will be savings for the Fleet Replacement account.
