| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Two (2) New 3/4 Ton 4WD Crew Cab Pickups to Fremont Chevrolet of Riverton, Wyoming, in the Amount of $63,312.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |

These are replacement units for the Streets Division (Unit 12) and the Water Division (Unit 33). Fremont Chevrolet of Riverton, Wyoming, is the lowest bidder meeting the required specifications. See the bid tabulation on the attached Memorandum.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
These replacement units were approved in the budget for $77,669. The actual cost of the vehicles is $14,357 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the vehicles with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. In addition, these trucks will later be equipped with heavy duty tool boxes.
