| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2017 Vacuum/Hydro Excavator Truck to Titan Machinery of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $382,658.45. |
| BACKGROUND: |

This is a replacement for Unit 69, which is a Fleet rental used by the Streets and Water Divisions. Wastewater, which uses Unit 88, will receive the new unit, and Unit 88 will become the new Fleet rental unit.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
This replacement unit was approved in the budget for $398,628. The actual cost of this vehicle is $16,023.55 under budget. The remaining funds will be used to upfit the vehicle with appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc.

I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) New 2017 Vacuum/Hydro Excavator Truck to Titan Machinery of Gillette, Wyoming, in the amount of $382,658.45.
