A bid process was undertaken, pursuant to Wyoming Statute 15-1-113, for the purchase of a new 2017 Ford Utility Police Interceptor. Purchasing conducted a bid opening on September 7, 2016. During the bid opening, it was discovered there was an error with regard to the pre-bid instructions and required bidder information. The Council retains authority to reject any bids where there is an obvious error in the bid process.
This item was again put out for bid and may be approved by Council at the October 18, 2016 Regular Meeting.
