| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the KG Town Center Sportsman's Warehouse Site and Utilities Project, Installed by Cameron Construction, on Behalf of the Developer, TC5, LLC. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the construction of the new Sportsman's Warehouse located across KG Avenue from Menards, north of Lakeway Road. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
205 LF of 8" water main and appurtenances.
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
146 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances.
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
