This project consisted of the complete construction of the Pine Ridge Disinfection Facility (PRDF).  The PRDF is located near the existing Pine Ridge storage tanks.  The PRDF project included procurement and installation of an onsite sodium hypochlorite generation system, water softening system, large fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks, and connected piping.  In addition to the treatment processes, the project also included construction of a small packaged pump station, restroom, office, and warm vehicle storage building, site grading, earthwork, yard piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation/controls work.

The original contract amount for this project was $5,730,000.00.  There were six change orders for a net added cost to the project of $21,156.82 (0.37% increase).  Below is a summary of these change orders:
