| Council Consideration of a Restaurant Liquor License Requested by Centenario Restaurant, LLC, d.b.a. Centenario Restaurant Located at 1414 W 2nd Street. |
| BACKGROUND: |
Jose Fraire, owner of Centenario Restaurant, LLC, is requesting a restaurant liquor license for his business that will be located in the old CJ Roosters building.
He has moved his taco trailer to the location, however, once the license has been issued Mr. Fraire understands that alcohol/malt beverages cannot be dispensed or served outside of the licensed building. An application was submitted along with the required documents needed to apply for the license. All corrections have been made and the Wyoming Liquor Division has accepted the application and supporting documents required for the application process.
The public hearing has been advertised two times, October 14th and October 21st, as well as notification of the public hearing being posted on the establishment, and no protests have been received. |

I Move for the Approval of a Restaurant Liquor License Requested by Centenario Restaurant, LLC, d.b.a. Centenario Restaurant Located at 1414 W 2nd Street.
