Staff has prepared an Agreement between the City and Attorney Patrick Davidson for employment of Mr. Davidson as the City Attorney.  Its term is effective January 3, 2017 and shall continue by appointment year-to-year until otherwise terminated as provided in the employment contract.  Thereafter, the Attorney's employment commences the first City Council meeting in January of each year.
